Google hires former BlockFi Asia vice president as head of Web3 in Asia Pacific
Google has hired former BlockFi Asia vice president Rishi Ramchandani as head of Web3 in Asia Pacific. Rishi Ramchandani will be responsible for Google Cloud's Web3 customers, partners and other Web3-related work. A Google spokesperson said by email last month that Google Cloud aims to support the Web3 ecosystem by supporting the development, trading, storage and deployment of new products, including companies that want to build new network uses and applications on blockchain technology. Its current customers include Coinbase, Dapper Labs, Sky Mavis, Nansen and Hedera.
