After the release of Huawei's new mobile phone, it became Huawei's exclusive slogan to be far ahead. However, Article 9 of China’s Advertising Law stipulates that “advertisements shall not have the following circumstances: (3) Use terms such as “national”, “superlative” and “best”. Being far ahead is of course also a kind of "best".

It is understandable that public opinion will give a company that has been sanctioned by the United States great tolerance. Huawei's independent fight against the suppression of the United States is indeed worthy of admiration. However, it needs to be pointed out that Huawei’s claim that its mobile phones are far ahead in the domestic market actually refers to its domestic friends. Being suppressed by the United States should not be used as evidence of moral and propaganda advantages over domestic friendly businesses. this is not fair.

Behind Huawei, what silently supports Huawei is China's mobile phone consumer market and China's mobile phone industry chain. This industry chain is composed of all manufacturers in the mobile phone industry. Huawei has the responsibility, obligation, and interest to protect this ecosystem. Protecting this ecology does not mean shouting "together" like BYD. Competition is the best way to protect the industrial ecology. Good competition should be equal. You cannot use external forces to get higher than the ecosystem, and you cannot legally be higher than other manufacturers.
