🛑 Voice - a once famous NFT exchange has announced its decision to cease operations in the coming months, due to the instability that exists in the NFT space.
Voice announced that the exchange will soon suspend registration for new users and completely close trading activities. Voice pledges to users that existing assets will be preserved until December 2024, before which point they can be transferred to EOS, Polygon or Ethereum.
Although closed, Voice hinted that their team will not completely leave this field:
“We will see you there [web3] in the coming months and years…”
The project once received $150 million in investment from EOS's parent company, Block.one. In 2019, the project caused a stir when it spent up to $30 million to buy the domain name Voice.com from Michael Saylor's company, MicroStrategy.
