According to Techub News, Sei has passed the proposal to "upgrade to V2", and the Sei V2 mainnet upgrade will be carried out on May 27. Techub News noted that Sei will launch the V2 upgrade in three stages to achieve a new high-performance parallel EVM. The three stages are governance, Alpha release, and V2 readiness.
