According to Techub News, according to Decrypt, Australian listed music company Vinyl Group announced the acquisition of Polygon ecosystem NFT platform Serenade for US$1.6 million. Vinyl CEO Josh Simons said the acquisition marks the group's expansion into the UK and European markets. Serenade CEO Max Shand will join Vinyl Group under a full-time employment agreement.
