Anyone experiencing this ? The #RedPacket is getting shared, no one is claiming, or is lagged to one person in 3 days, Even after extensive Campaigns the claiming is almost nil.

And suppose I want to claim Anyone's RedPacket then It's giving message as not able to claim.

So how does this work ? or What's going on ?

Experienced persons pls help to understand.
