The time of opportunity is now! @Ocean Protocol otocol launched NEW 2024 Mexico Grand Prix Prediction Data Challenge.
It calls for participants to develop machine learning models for predicting key aspects of @F1 pit stop strategies using historical DATA ( from the 2018–2023 Mexico Grand Prix and race data from the 2024 season: lap times, sector splits, tire compounds etc. ) enhancing your skills such as regression analysis, time series modeling, and classification algorithms.
The GOAL is to achieve high accuracy and demonstrate the ability to generalize predictions across varying race conditions and scenarios.
The models should handle varying race strategies that evolve due to factors like tire degradation, weather changes, or safety car interventions. Ocean team testing the models post-race to assess their performance.
The $10,000 PRIZE POOL will be distributed among the top 10 performers:

4th - $1200; 12 points;
5th - $800, 8 points;
6th - $600, 6 points;
7th - $500, 5 points;
8th - $400, 4 points;

10th - $200, 2 points.
