According to Foresight News, Telegram CEO Du Rove has announced the launch of Telegram Stars, a new feature that allows mini-programs to accept digital service payments. These mini-programs, including Notcoin, can be used without installation and can be purchased within applications on both Android and iOS platforms. Developers can extract Stars through TON using Fragment and use Stars to further promote their applications on Telegram under preferential conditions.

When users purchase Stars from Apple and Google, a 30% service fee will be deducted. However, Telegram will subsidize advertisements purchased using Telegram Stars. This move by Telegram is seen as a way to encourage more developers to use their platform and promote their applications.

According to PANews, Catizen, the largest gaming application platform in the TON ecosystem, has seen a significant increase in its user base. The platform has now surpassed 9 million total users, with daily active users exceeding 1.75 million and on-chain users reaching 678,000. Over the past month, Catizen's new users have jumped from 3 million to 9 million, with an average weekly increase of 1.5 million users.

Following a successful collaboration with NOTCOIN, the platform has also established an ecological partnership with another TON ecosystem project, YESCOIN. This partnership aims to achieve comprehensive exposure and popularization at the ecological level.
