🚀 Terraform Labs is coughing up a whopping $4.47 billion to the SEC, following a settlement over the Terra ecosystem collapse. The bill includes a $3.6 billion disgorgement fine, a civil penalty of $420 million, and almost $467 million in prejudgement interest. 😱 Co-founder Do Kwon is personally liable for $110 million in disgorgement penalties and around $14.3 million in pre-judgment interest fines.

This comes after a jury found Terraform Labs and Kwon liable for the collapse, which wiped out $40 billion in investor assets.
