BlockBeats News, June 9 - Ahmad Shadid, founder and CEO of io.net, announced on social media that he is resigning as CEO of io.net, effective immediately. Shadid stated, "io.net has grown into one of the fastest-growing decentralized AI companies in the world. After careful consideration, I have decided to hand over the CEO position to Tory Green of io.net. This is the best choice for the community and the project.
Despite some allegations about my past, I want to emphasize that I am resigning as CEO to allow io.net to progress without interference and to focus on its growth and success.
I am deeply grateful for the support and dedication of our team, partners, and community, and thank you for making io.net what it is today. To show my gratitude, I will donate 1 million personally held IO tokens to io.net's GPU Internet Foundation to help develop the ecosystem."
