Here's how the official team responded to this question:
We can't open this feature to every user, as the rewards would become too small. We believe it's fairer to offer access to the 4,000,000 most active Blum users, allowing each player to potentially earn around $30 per game. If we opened it to all 70,000,000 users, the rewards would likely drop to less than $1 per game (these numbers are approximate).
📌 Note: If you don't see DOGS in your drop games, it means it's not yet available for you. It is gradually being rolled out and is currently available mostly to influencers and active players.
