If you have been following the movement of btc, you must have realized it's slow - check the Bitcoin dominance chart and Market Cap charts of crypto currencies, if you haven't been doing so.

These charts show that we we are on the final step before altcoins will go parabolic.

Is it time to start getting altcoins??

First starters, Altseason is when Alt coins drastically outperform Bitcoin, going to the moon and exceeding all time highs.

This does not me Bitcoin will drop. Could still go up, but it will be slowly.

Ultimately coming to the question should you be accumulating alt coins right now?

You should have been doing that. If you haven't done so, it is my personal opinion that you get some altcoins now.
