In the current market u have to notice one thing , u will believe yourself that all the strong projects are struggling rather u can say that manipulated by the whales or like that bcz these projects have definitely to rise up do hey re waiting the right time which is very close and pumping the weaker projects. now the question arises that why are they doing so, the answers are as follows;

1. people will lose hope and sell the strong projects in a cheap price so the manipulaters can buy these on a cheap price

2. to create a hype for the weaker projects and earning a lot from them
