​​🤓 Reuters: Do Kwon and Terraform reach deal with SEC to settle case.

According to Reuters, Terraform Labs and Do Kwon have reached a preliminary agreement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The terms of the deal are undisclosed.

In April, jurors found Kwon and Terraform Labs liable for fraud.

A district judge has asked the SEC and the defendants to file documents to settle the case by June 12.
