Yesterday, two Bitcoin wallet addresses dormant for over 10 years transferred a total of 1000 BTC, valued at over $62.8 million at current prices. Specifically, one wallet address (16v…zEa) transferred 500 BTC ($31.4 million) last Sunday at 17:46, while the second address (1DU...fC5) transferred 500 BTC 20 minutes later. Each address received 500 BTC on September 12, 2013, valued at only $62,000 at the time.

The funds sent from the first address were subsequently split and sent to other addresses, while the funds sent from the second address have not been further transferred yet.
