Why did BTC fall sharply from $65,070 to $64,430 ?

I made a prediction at 9:20 PM on April 20th, stating that if BTC continues without retesting the $64,270 zone, then keep in mind BTC has no basis. That's the cause of the sharp decline in BTC. It didn't retest, and after a few hours, it fell.
