1) New miners arriving before the halving
Due to the upcoming Halving, we would like to point out that we are expecting the delivery of further miners in the next few days, which have already been paid for by the community in recent weeks.
Luckily, the first batches arrived already, and we are at 362 miners in the pool right now.
2) Removal of the margin on the electricity price
As a further measure to prepare for the halving, we have decided to eliminate our margin on the electricity price. As a result, the electricity price of the project will fall from USD 0.057 / kWh to USD 0.049 / kWh from April 16.
3) First community vote coming soon
Since we activated the temporary 20% fee on the Community Marketplace, we have received many good suggestions from the community to prevent abuse of the affiliate system. In the background, we have been developing the voting system (similar to a DAO in a DeFi project).
The voting options are already online in the weekly update article itself to allow everyone consideration time before the vote itself goes online.
4) Bank transfers and deposit options
The new bank transfers are active and working! We are now offering EUR, GBP, USD and TRY with native transfers (for example to an EU-bank for EUR, to a British bank account for GBP etc.). Fees should be greatly reduced in comparison to before.
5) Farm Updates
The farm updates of the last two weeks were all focused on finishing hosting capabilities before the last batches of miners arrive before the halving.
