With $ETH being in the bottoming phase against $BTC it is a good time to start assessing alts against ETH. The ultimate goal is not to accumulate alts, but to accumulate more BTC and ETH via alts. Every single time instead of money flowing into BTC and helping it break out we had people max risking on alts chasing bigger pumps.
