Synthetix V3 is set to be deployed to arbitrum after receiving approval from Synthetix Governance with SIP-367.

The deployment plan includes a pre-launch preparation, beta launch phase, LP rampup and collateral onboarding, and enabling Synthetix Perps, allowing users to delegate collateral and liquidity.
