據吳說報道，吳說獲悉，據 Arkham 監測，疑似 Ethereum 基金會地址（0xd7...c1f4）在本日 15:59 UTC+8 通過 Cow Protocol 將 100 ETH 出售兌換成 241.207k DAI，隨後轉移至其他 Ethereum 基金會地址中。

自今年以來，該疑似 Ethereum 基金會地址：0xd7...c1f4 幾乎都會以每幾周時間通過 Cow Protocol 出售 ETH 換成 DAI，數量一般爲 50-200 ETH。
