據 BlockBeats 報道，8 月 28 日，Ethereum Stories 在社交平臺上表示，《ConstitutionDAO: An Ethereum Story》短片將於明天發佈。

據悉，2021 年 11 月中旬，蘇富比拍賣一份官方初版印刷的美國憲法，ConstitutionDAO 在 6 天內通過 Juicebox 募資平臺衆籌超 1 萬枚 ETH，約合 4300 萬美元。

在未贏得拍賣後，ConstitutionDAO 宣佈停止運營，並開放捐贈退款通道。
