據 Foresight News 報道，比特幣礦商 Northern Data 正考慮最早於明年上半年在美國進行首次公開​​募股 (IPO)。該實體將在與名爲 Taiga 的雲計算服務及其名爲 Ardent 的數據中心合併後上市，據銀行估計，估值在 100 億美元至 160 億美元之間。Northern Data 還可能在上市前向投資者出售該部門的少數股權。

據 Foresight News 此前報道，Tether 已於 2023 年 11 月爲 Northern Data 安排了 6.1 億美元的信貸，並於 2023 年 9 月購買了 Northern Data AG 的股票。
