Their understanding of a "reversal" is a rise in price that continues to pump above 10,000 without falling. However, I believe this understanding of a reversal is narrow or even incorrect. In my opinion, every time BTC tests support around 90,000 and rebounds to 96,000 to 97,000 and stabilizes at the 95,000 midpoint, breaking through 97,200 to 97,700 is a reversal. This is because breaking through here will immediately reach the 98,200 to 98,800 range, and once 98,200 is reached, it will rise to 100,000 and beyond. After a fall, it will continue to rise because Trump's inauguration was certified by Congress today and he will officially take office on January 20th. This is favorable information that is expected to arrive before January 20th rather than after, which means that it will be possible to sell at a high price once the favorable information arrives on January 20th. In the second half of the bull market, even the most bullish rise market does not exist as a pure one-sided rise. The higher the price, the larger the amount of funds needed to drive it. 100,000 is a significant level, and for retail investors in this round of halving, anything above 100,000 is already considered a high level in their psychological price range, and they are likely to sell when the price goes up. Selling will lead to a pullback, but the pullback for retail investors is usually small. The only ones causing significant fluctuations are the main players. The factors that cause the main players to sell are mainly based on information, with the most important factor being the monetary policy of the Federal Reserve, followed by external factors such as war and epidemics. Therefore, even without any information guiding it, the price cannot only rise without falling. Therefore, the reversal after the December 18th meeting cannot be understood as a one-sided rise, but should be understood as the end of the pullback and a shift from bearish to bullish!
