Ripple's CEO, Brad Garling-house, has called these rulings pivotal for the entire cryptocurrency industry, as they establish a precedent against over-reaching regulatory enforcement. The rulings have led to a resurgence in XRP's adoption, with exchanges like Coinbase and Kraken relisting the token in the U.S and international regulators reaffirming that XRP is not a security.
