Funding fees and market equilibrium: What does this mean for Bitcoin? The weekly chart shows that high funding fees in previous bull markets often followed an extreme price increase. Currently, however, funding fees remain low, which means that there is no clear excess of long positions and the typical FOMO of a bull market top has yet to materialise.
