據Odaily星球日報報道，比特幣支付公司 Ark Labs 完成 250 萬美元 Pre 種子輪融資，Draper Associates 領投，Fulgur Ventures、Axiom Capital 和天使投資人 Stephen Cole 參與。Ark Labs 於 5 月推出，計劃開發基於 Ark 協議的新型比特幣 Layer2 支付網絡。Draper Associates 曾參與特斯拉、Skype 和 Hotmail 等公司的種子輪融資。
