吳說獲悉，Animoca Ventures 於 ApeCoin DAO 發起提案 AIP-438，建議與 ApeCoin 共同創立基金 ApeCoin Ventures。ApeCoin Ventures 基金規模爲 1000 萬美元，其中 ApeCoin DAO 需撥款價值 500 萬美元的 APE（Animoca Ventures 收到後會出售爲法幣），Animoca Ventures 將出資 500 萬美元。該基金將投資於種子輪及 A 輪的 Web3 項目，當前投票支持率爲 83.49%。
