STOP LOSS VS HEDGE ORDER

They are created the same in purpose but in a different effect to users, first let us discuss the stop loss usage .

1.)STOP LOSS- is a sell order that is set by a trader to protect his remaining capital .if the price hits the stop loss order automatically the trading position is dead.but the remaining capital is safe .

2.) HEDGE -usage of hedge is also to stop your losses , but your position is not dead it will continue to run until you close your hedge position .you have a chance to recover your losses.

#RiskManagementMastery if you are short term trader or day trader , There's no perfect entry in the market due to suddenly fluctuating behavior of the price trajectory .

once you make an entry and the market goes against you and you loss 20% of your margin then apply hedge order to stop your losses and you should wait the confirmation of price reversal before you close your hedge position .in this process you will not be Liquidated .

immediately I will make entry my LONG position at most bottom . knowing that BTC price tend to climb higher . when price it at top again I will make short the same pattern in the first.
