Some altcoins are currently on a 30% discount. Most of them are about to 10x in the next rally. I am taking advantage of this discount. Market dumps hard and shakes out all the panic sellers, Whales scare the Altcoin holders and buy their cheap coins by telling them this is top and bull run is over.
