Bithumb, the second largest cryptocurrency exchange in South Korea, will add support for Raydium (RAY) and PONKE Korean Won markets. Raydium is an automated market maker (AMM) protocol and liquidity provider built on the Solana. Ponke is a memecoin on Solana.

QCP: SOL outperformed both majors as it rallied ~17% from Friday's lows. We've seen altcoins outperform whenever the majors consolidate after a significant rally as profits rotate into smaller-cap coins. BTC's dominance is around 60% now and it will probably need to be around <58% to signal the start of altcoin season. As we anticipate pro-crypto policies from the Trump administration and more rate cuts, we won't be surprised to see altcoin season in full swing in the coming months.

The transaction volume and number of users of the on-chain MEME trading tool GMGN have grown rapidly. On November 17, the current transaction volume peaked, with a single-day transaction volume of US$72 million, second only to PHOTON (US$330 million) and exceeding BULLX (US$67 million). The daily fee income was US$710k and the number of daily users was 25k.

Russia proposed a draft amendment on Monday through the Ministry of Finance, proposing a 15% personal income tax on cryptocurrency income. Income from mining tokens will be taxed at market value when received. Cryptocurrencies will be classified as property for taxation purposes, eliminating the value-added tax (VAT) on crypto transactions.

According to Onchain Lens, Memecoin launch platform Pumpfun deposited 105,000 SOLs to Kraken today, worth about $25.28 million. So far, Pumpfun has deposited a total of 898,243 SOLs, worth about $149 million, with an average price of $165.8. They earned a total of 1,307,966 SOLs in fees.
