According to Odaily, X (formerly known as Twitter) and Elon Musk are facing another legal challenge. On September 6, three former Twitter executives, Sarah Personette, James Sullivan, and Dalana Brand, filed a lawsuit in the Northern District of California federal court. The plaintiffs allege they were wrongfully denied over $53 million in severance compensation.

The lawsuit claims that following Musk's acquisition of the company, their roles were 'substantially and irreversibly altered,' which they argue provided 'good reason' for their resignation and entitlement to severance pay.
