So I decided to do a proper analysis to find out what really happened. You see the truth is some investors are crying right now because they lost money but for people that bought pepe coin early at $0.0000000001 selling at a staggering 0.0001 is a huge profit for them. Even the 0.0000069 that some late investors are crying about right now have made the early investors profit. For instance those that bought pepe coin early at 0.0000000001 dollars investing just $0.3 gave them over 3billion pepe coins and when you multiply 3,000,000,000 pepe coin that was bought with just one dollar with pepe current price of 0.0000100 & 0.0000069 the $0.3 investment would rake in a whopping $30,000 $20,700 respectively. Can you imagine? While others are crying for the drastic price drop other investors that bought pepe on time are happy. New Stablecoins Aim to Compete with Tether by Offering Yield According to Blockworks, Tether currently dominates stablecoin trading, with over 100 billion USDT in existence, representing over 70% of all stablecoins. However, a new crop of stablecoins is aiming to compete with Tether by offering yield. Tether's revenue largely comes from its investment in US Treasurys, and some stablecoin projects are paying out the yield earned by Treasury investments to attract users. This strategy is partly inspired by the returns earned by MakerDAO, which offers its own version of a yield-bearing stablecoin through its DAI savings rate (DSR) contract. One example is Ondo Finance's USDY, a tokenized note that offers yield on US Treasurys. Since its launch in August 2023, USDY has grown to roughly $95 million in market capitalization. A dashboard from DAO consulting firm Steakhouse lists ten securities tokens, most of which launched in mid-to-late 2023, that also share T-Bill yield. Ethena, another new stablecoin project, offers a locked and yield-generating version of its synthetic dollar USDe, called sUSDe. The yield on sUSDe comes from staked ETH rewards and the fee paid to short positions by those with long positions. Despite these new offerings, Tether remains dominant in the stablecoin market. Market has enough trade volume. 3. The project is matured, well established and stable. 4. The price is above NP, and not at ATH. 5. You know market will rebound. When not to use: 1. Market is going up suddenly. Like 10% up a day. 2. There is not enough trading volume. The crypto act like stable coin. 3. New projects or a project that is not stable. 4. The price is below NP, or at ATH. 5. When you have very less money to invest in each coin. Like 100$, 200$. 6. When you know the coin price will never go down, it will keep going upwards. Let me give you a good example of cost averaging swing trade. Let’s say, this month BTC may go 50k and then rebound back to 71k. Now either, you wait till 50k to buy, but maximum time you will lose the opportunity. Or you can buy 25% at 65k, 25% at 60k, 25% at 55k and so on as it drops and goes below you buy 25% at 50k. In this way you are limiting the risk of losing the swig opportunity, and ensuring that you get maximum profit. But if you start applying this strategy when it’s not swing, just continuously growing up, you are actually missing the opportunity and reducing the opportunity to maximize your profit . Like if BTC is 15k and you start buying 25% each month, you are literally waiting for higher price to enter. I saw many index funds suggest you to do that in the name of DCA.
