In simple words, just like #Arbitrum inherits security from the Ethereum L1, L3s built on top of
it will inherit security from #Arbitrum.
In the same way, as #Arbitrum is much cheaper and faster than the #Ethereum L1, these L3s
will be much more scalable than Arbitrum.
