According to U.Today, Michael Saylor, cofounder and chairman of MicroStrategy, delivered a significant speech on Bitcoin at an event in Nashville, Tennessee. Addressing attendees with the aid of PowerPoint slides, Saylor explored Bitcoin's journey as an asset and its economic impact. He described the presentation as the most comprehensive and important he has ever given on Bitcoin.

Saylor emphasized the advantages of digital assets for capital preservation compared to traditional financial assets. He argued that high inflation rates have led many investors to abandon financial assets due to their high maintenance costs and depreciation over time. While alternatives like silver, gold, and land may seem better, they also have limited time values ranging from 22 to 90 years. In contrast, Bitcoin's minimum lifespan begins at 1,000 years, according to Saylor. He attributes this intrinsic value to Bitcoin's digital nature, which is not affected by material forces.

Saylor advised Bitcoin investors to favor BTC for capital preservation but cautioned them to trade wisely. He has always been bullish on Bitcoin and recently issued a bold price prediction of $13 million as the digital asset's base case by 2045. Analysts believe this prediction reflects MicroStrategy's long-term accumulation strategy.
