The competition kicks off on September 5th at 14:00 (UTC+8) and will run until September 12th at 13:59 (UTC+8), giving participants a full week to climb the leaderboard and secure their share of $DER rewards.
Event Overview
This competition is the first of three weekly trading events designed to boost engagement and help users familiarize themselves with DeriW’s unique features in a competitive environment. Whether you’re a seasoned trader or just getting started, this is your chance to test your strategies and earn rewards in the process.
Each week, the top traders will be rewarded based on their performance, with a total prize pool of $50,000 worth of $DER distributed evenly across the three weeks. That means every week, $16,666 worth of $DER is up for grabs!
How to Participate
Participating in the competition is easy:
Visit DeriW’s Event Hub: Head over to DeriW and select ‘Weekly Trading Competition’ under the Event Hub.
Claim Testnet USDC Tokens: Before you start trading, make sure to claim your Testnet USDC Tokens by clicking ‘Claim Tokens’. These tokens are exclusively for the Trading Competition and differ from the regular testnet tokens available on the platform.
Start Trading: After claiming your tokens, click on ‘Trade’ to be redirected to the Trading page. You’ll know you’re in the competition when you see a special ‘Trading Competition’ sticker on the logo in the top left-hand corner.
Monitor Your Progress: Keep an eye on the Leaderboard, which tracks the top 10 traders in real-time. Your goal is to trade effectively and climb the ranks!

Trading Period: September 5, 14:00 (UTC+8) — September 12, 13:59 (UTC+8)
Trading Volume: Participants must trade more than $5,000 during the competition week to qualify.
Positive Profits: Only those with a positive profit percentage are eligible for rewards.
Leaderboard Tracking: Your performance will be displayed on a dedicated leaderboard, showcasing user scores and rankings as the competition progresses.
Reward Distribution
Total Rewards: $50,000 worth of $DER over three weeks, with $16,666 distributed each week.
Airdrops: Rewards will be airdropped to winners post-mainnet launch, based on the wallet addresses collected during the competition.
