Space and Time Labs, an AI blockchain startup backed by Microsoft, has launched the SXT Chain test network at the 2024 SmartCon conference hosted by Chainlink. SXT Chain aims to introduce zero-knowledge (ZK) verification data directly into smart contracts and is now online on the testnet.

SXT Chain indexes data from major blockchains such as Ethereum and ZKsync and stores it on a decentralised network of database nodes. Developers can use SXT’s “SQL Proof” coprocessor to access, query and ZK prove data before connecting it to smart contracts.

Space and Time completed a £20 million Series A financing on August 27, led by Framework Ventures, Lightspeed Faction, Arrington Capital and Hivemind Capital.
