【Analyst Benjamin Cowen shared the view: 'Ethereum is not dead'】
As the digital currency market rises, Ethereum (ETH) has become the focus. Although Ethereum has shown decent growth recently, rising 2% to £2,675.24 in the past 24 hours and growing 4% over the past week, its growth rate still lags behind Bitcoin. Bitcoin jumped 8.68% in the past week, just 1.92% away from its all-time high, while Ethereum is still 45.2% away from its peak.
Market analyst Benjamin Cowen noted that the ETH/BTC price chart continues to trend downwards but is expected to bottom out this quarter and show upward movement by 2025. He believes that once ETH/BTC breaks above the 50-day moving average, it could confirm a bottom and may have room for a rebound in the coming weeks.
Additionally, Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin recently shared the long-term plans for Ethereum, stating that the Ethereum protocol will gradually achieve the goal of making node operation lighter and cheaper, with the expectation that in ten years, anyone will be able to run a node via a mobile device, providing support for Ethereum's future valuation.
