One flaw in human nature is being too eager for quick results. For example, in fitness, some people want to build muscle quickly, so they blindly lift heavy weights, which often leads to back or shoulder injuries, leaving them unable to move for months.

Some people want to lose weight and aim to shed several pounds in a month, but they end up using wrong methods that either lead to rebound or harm their bodies.

Others buy stocks, hoping to multiply their investments several times in a year, but they blindly purchase small-cap stocks or use leverage, turning something they were hopeful about into their biggest regret.

Desiring speed is like driving a car at full speed, thinking about reaching the destination sooner, only to end up crashing along the way.
