Real Vision crypto market analyst Jamie Coutts has predicted that Bitcoin (BTC) could surge by more than 155% from current levels during this market cycle. In a recent interview on Real Vision CEO Raoul Pal's YouTube channel, Coutts laid out his bullish outlook for Bitcoin, citing the global money supply (M2) regression as a key indicator. "I think there's a 15% chance that, by August 2025, Bitcoin is £100,000, based on the global money supply (M2) regression," he said. Coutts went on to give more bullish price targets, stating that there is a 60% chance Bitcoin will reach £170,000 to £173,000 by the same date, a 20% chance it will hit £234,000, and a 5% chance it will rally to a staggering £500,000. Coutts' prediction is based on the assumption that the global money supply will continue to expand, which has historically been a key driver of Bitcoin's price. He believes that the current macroeconomic environment, characterized by high inflation and geopolitical uncertainty, is creating a favorable backdrop for Bitcoin as a store of value. It's important to note that Coutts' price targets are just that - predictions. The cryptocurrency market is highly volatile and unpredictable, and it's impossible to say with certainty where Bitcoin's price will go in the future. However, Coutts' analysis provides a compelling case for Bitcoin's long-term potential.
