If you received an account deactivation notice, it means that Binance is no longer able to provide services to you in line with its
Terms of Use.
You should withdraw your funds in full from your Binance account as soon as possible before the account deactivation date specified in the email previously sent to your registered email address.
After the date of notice, your Binance account will be deactivated. Please do not deposit any new assets into your account, as it will not be credited and may result in permanent losses.

1. How can I withdraw my crypto assets?
To ensure that your withdrawal is successful, please check if the receiving platform supports the contract address and network of the token you’re withdrawing.
Please withdraw your crypto by entering a crypto address. If you attempt to transfer your funds to another Binance user via Binance Pay, the transfer will not go through.
2. I have fiat currencies in my Binance account and I am not able to withdraw them due to restrictions.

3. How can I withdraw my NFTs? What if I don’t have sufficient funds to cover the gas fees?

4. What products and services can I access?
All products and services, except crypto withdrawal, will no longer be available. This includes, but not limited to, P2P, Binance Pay, deposit, trade, convert, API, referrals, Futures, Gift Card, Web3 Wallet, Earn, NFT, etc.

5. What is the reason for terminating my account?
All accounts must comply with the
Terms of Use. If we find an account is in violation of our Terms of Use, we may terminate its access to services and deactivate the account.
Binance may not be able to share the reason behind account deactivation due to regulatory requirements. If you have any concerns or questions regarding this decision, please contact
Binance Support and we will ensure these are forwarded to the appropriate team for further review. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
6. What if I did not manage to withdraw my assets?
Please withdraw all your assets as soon as possible before your account is deactivated.

7. What will happen to my Futures and other derivatives positions?
Please close all your derivatives positions as soon as possible before your account is permanently closed.
Afterward, any remaining open positions will be closed progressively. Please be advised that regular trading fees will apply for the automatic settlement.
8. Can I convert my assets to another token for withdrawal?
Please note that you won’t be able to convert or trade your crypto assets, as all products and services, except withdrawal services, will no longer be available to you.
9. Someone makes a deposit into my Binance account. What can I do?
Please do not deposit any asset into your account. Any new deposits made into the account will not be credited and may result in permanent losses.

10. Can I request to delete my personal information stored in Binance?
While the account can be deleted as requested, please note that Binance is legally obliged to retain certain sets of your personal data for a period of time after your account deletion as may be (i) required by the applicable laws, such as Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Laws, or (ii) necessary for the exercise of our rights in disputes or claims in relation to any future litigation. Your personal data will be deleted as soon as the mandatory retention period stipulated under the applicable laws expire.
11. Can I still receive crypto airdrops?
You will no longer be eligible to receive any crypto airdrops on Binance.
12. Can I create a new Binance account?
You will no longer be able to use our services. Additionally, please note that each customer is only allowed to have one verified Binance account. Therefore, you won’t be able to create and verify a new account with us.

13. (For ETH Staking) How do I redeem my ETH? If I am holding WBETH (or BETH), can I withdraw them?
If you’re holding BETH, you will no longer be able to receive ETH staking rewards in the form of BETH due to regulatory restrictions. You are advised to redeem them as soon as possible before your account is permanently closed.
If you are holding WBETH, you are also advised to redeem them as soon as possible before your account is permanently closed. Alternatively, you may be able to withdraw WBETH out of Binance , as it is a tokenized representation of your staked ETH and staking rewards, in a tradable and transferable form. Please attempt to withdraw as soon as possible.
Regarding ETH Staking redemption:
- WBETH holders can redeem their WBETH to ETH based on the WBETH:ETH conversion ratio at redemption.
- BETH holders can redeem their BETH back to ETH at a 1:1 ratio.
Please note that there is a limit on the daily quota due to the processing limitations on the Ethereum network. The redemption processing time may vary. Please refer to the
redemption page for more details. Binance is not liable for the impact of delays caused by the Ethereum network, on your ability to withdraw your assets prior to your account closure deadline.
14. What will happen to my Earn positions and other subscriptions?
For Earn positions that can be redeemed manually, please do so as soon as possible before your account is permanently closed.
For positions that cannot be redeemed manually due to regulatory restrictions, please contact
Binance Support. We will process the redemption for you.
