đŸ The Ministry of Justice requested 3 years in prison, protection - house arrest and probation.
đŸ Judge Richard Jones did not agree with the request of the Ministry of Justice to increase the sentence from 18 months to 3 years, since there is no evidence that the defendant knew about illegal activities.
