According to TechFlow, the Sui network will expand its custody capabilities to increase its attractiveness to institutional funds through cooperation with custody, primary and collateral service provider Copper. Sui officials said that Copper's custody support is now available for Sui native tokens, such as Ondo stablecoin (USDY). New custody functions will be launched for pledge and other decentralized financial functions, enhancing customers' options for issuing stablecoins and real-world assets.
Greg Siourounis, managing director of the Sui Foundation, said Copper’s presence at Sui immediately improves its infrastructure with an enterprise-grade hosting solution, an important prerequisite for attracting large institutions.
