In the digital age, smart contracts are a core component of blockchain technology, but security has always been key to its widespread adoption.MetaTrust won the ACM SIGSOFT Distinguished Paper Award for its collaborative research with Nanyang Technological University, evaluating the effectiveness and limitations of the SAST tool for smart contracts, proposing an updated vulnerability categorization system, and developing an extensive suite of benchmarking tests, of which MetaScan was the best performer.
