When trading in cryptocurrencies, we need to follow certain profit retracement principles.
When we buy a certain currency and the profit reaches more than 10%, we should start to implement the principal protection strategy. Once the price falls back to the purchase price, we should sell immediately and lock in the profit unconditionally.
If the profit reaches about 20%, we should set the transaction to maintain at least 10% profit before considering selling. In order to maximize profits, when the profit reaches 20%, we should adhere to the principle of not selling unless the profit is not less than 10%.
Unless we are sure that we have reached a stage high, we should not sell easily. Similarly, if the profit reaches 30%, we should sell unconditionally when the profit retreats to 15%.
This principle aims to achieve rolling growth of profits through profit retreat, rather than relying solely on technical judgment of highs.
