However, Seyffart said, "These files prove that all the rumors, speculations and gossip are true." However, all 19b-4s must have SEC clearance orders and the regulator must approve S-1 filings, meaning "ETFs can take weeks or more to launch," he said.
On the other hand, Ethereum prices surpassed $3,800 on May 21 as ETF hopes heated up. The asset maintained its gains and was trading near $3,750 at the time of writing.
