3 principles for not buying short-term institutional investors
1. If a coin pulls against the trend and the volume falls back by about 5%, do not buy it, which means that the rise has not formed a trend.
2. Do not buy varieties whose prices are far from the 5-day moving average. The short-term rise is too fast, the sentiment is overheated, and it may fall back at any time.
3. Do not buy varieties with a turnover rate of more than 10%, especially large coins. After the rise + turnover, the divergence increases, and the probability of a short-term correction is high.
