The EU has banned the use of anonymous crypto wallets
The European Parliament has voted in favor of a new bill that would ban any anonymous crypto payments on self-custody wallets.
The document also sets a threshold for cash transactions. In particular, cash payments over âŹ10K and anonymous transactions over âŹ3K are prohibited.
The changes are expected to take effect within 3 years.
