Binance Simple Earn is launching two promotions for users of Simple Earn FIL Flexible Products and Simple Earn ETH Fixed & Stake Products. During the promotion, users who sign up for Simple Earn FIL Flexible Products and Simple Earn ETH Fixed & Stake Products will be able to win up to 799 USDC in token vouchers and receive special APR rates.

Promotion A. Special APR reward for FIL flexible products and ETH fixed products

  • Promotion period: from 09/19/2024 03:00 to 11/01/2024 02:59 (UTC+3).

  • Subscription Format: Subscribe on a first come, first served basis according to the terms and conditions below.

  • Distribution of rewards

    • Bonus tiered APR: rewards are paid to the user's spot wallet daily.

    • Real-time APR: Rewards are credited to your Earn wallet every minute.

    • Fixed APR: The fixed rate will remain the same for the entire locked term. With a fixed rate, any available APR changes will only apply to your new, not existing, ETH fixed rate product subscriptions. The rate is distributed to users' spot wallets on a daily basis. The first reward will be paid out the day after the accrual starts (two days after the subscription).

  • Net Subscription Amount = (Total assets used to subscribe to FIL Flexible Products and/or ETH Fixed Products - Total assets taken out of FIL Flexible Products and/or ETH Fixed Products)

  • If two or more eligible users reach the same net subscription amount, they will be ranked based on subscription time.

  • Users who close existing Simple Earn positions created prior to the start of the promotion, only to re-create the same positions on Simple Earn during the promotion, will have a net Simple Earn product subscription amount of zero.

  • ETH staking positions will not count towards users' net subscription amount for Simple Earn fixed-term products. Only Simple Earn fixed-term products for ETH with a term of 60 and 90 days and flexible-term products for FIL are eligible for these promotions.

How to get started with flexible and fixed term products

  1. Buy ETH or FIL on the spot market or the Buy Crypto (ETH or FIL) section, which supports a variety of payment methods including Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and wallet balance. Users can also deposit FIL or ETH to their Binance account.

  2. Go to Simple Earn and search for FIL or ETH.

  3. Choose Flexible, 60 or 90 days and sign up for Simple Earn Flexible for FIL and Simple Earn Fixed for ETH products to start earning rewards!

Terms and conditions

  • Changes to the Simple Earn reward rate will be posted on the platform periodically. Please refer to the Binance Simple Earn Terms and Conditions and Risk Disclosure for more information before using Simple Earn.

  • Binance Simple Earn will transfer the digital assets/currencies locked in Simple Earn Fixed-Term ETH product subscriptions to the balance of Simple Earn Flexible-Term ETH products after the agreed subscription period ends.

  • Rewards:

    • Promotion A:

      • Bonus Tiered APR is an additional reward to the real APR. After subscribing, the bonus tiered APR will start accruing the next day from 03:00 (Moscow time). Rewards will start being distributed to spot wallets the next day after the accrual starts from 03:00 to 11:00 (Moscow time).

      • All users with open positions on FIL flexible products will receive real-time APR and bonus tiered APR rewards during the promotion period. After the promotion ends, users will only be eligible for real-time APR rewards.

      • Bonus tiered APR rewards are calculated based on the amounts used for subscription and are subject to the respective tier limits for each token. Please see the FAQ for more details.

      • Fixed APR: The fixed rate will remain the same for the entire lock period. In the case of a fixed rate, any available APR changes will only apply to your new, not existing, ETH fixed rate product subscriptions. Reward calculation period: from 03:00 (UTC+3) on the day after you subscribe to fixed rate products until the end of the subscription period.

    • Promotion B:

      • USDC rewards will be distributed as token vouchers within three weeks after the end of Promotion B. Users can log in and redeem their voucher rewards under Profile > Rewards Center. Learn how to redeem your token voucher.

      • All vouchers expire 30 days after distribution. Winners must claim vouchers before expiration date.

  • The assets you deposit on the Simple Earn platform can be lent to other Binance users (such as Binance Margin and Cryptocurrency Loans).

  • Increased redemption requests may result in temporary delays in product closures. Product closures may resume once liquidity is restored.

  • Users can see assets in flexible and fixed term products under Wallets > Earn > Simple Earn.

  • Subscription closing time for products with flexible terms: immediately. Unlocking period for products with fixed terms: one day.

  • Early Closure: Users can close Simple Earn products with locked terms early, but all rewards received will be forfeited. The full balance of locked assets, minus any rewards distributed during the term, will be returned to the user's spot wallet within 72 hours. However, in the event of exceptional circumstances, the return of such assets may take even longer. Please see our terms and risk warning for more details.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with the Binance software code or interfere with the Binance software code using other software.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or in violation of applicable terms and conditions.

  • Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and its rules at its sole discretion.
