Circle has finally blacklisted addresses tied to North Korea’s infamous Lazarus Group, freezing over $1.5M in USD Coin (USDC). 🥶

Blockchain detective ZachXBT pointed out that Circle's move comes a bit late to the party, as Tether, Paxos, and Techteryx had already blacklisted nearly $5M in stablecoins back in April.
