Travala, the crypto-native travel platform, has announced that it has been integrated into the Skyscanner travel search engine. Now travelers will be able to book the 2.2 million hotels with over 100 cryptocurrencies directly in the travel agencies.

A big step forward is celebrated by the crypto-native travel platform Travala, which has been integrated into the global travel search engine giant Skyscanner.

In practice, now the 2.2 million hotels of Travala bookable with payment in over 100 crypto, can be searched and found directly on Skyscanner.
Not only that, this integration will make Travala accessible also on the main travel agencies such as Expedia, Booking.com, and Agoda.
At the same time, the crypto-native travel platform will be visible to Skyscanner’s 110 million monthly users, who perform 80 billion searches per day.
Travala and its crypto travel services conquer Skyscanner
Thanks to this new collaboration signed Travala-Skyscanner, users will have more alternatives to choose from, both in terms of hotels and payments in crypto or fiat.

Specifically, users who select a hotel through Skyscanner will be redirected to the Travala.com platform to complete their booking.
Once the booking is completed on Travala.com, travelers can receive rewards through the AVA Smart program. The program offers benefits such as discounts on bookings, up to 10% in Bitcoin and other web3 travel rewards.
The integration of The Open Network and TON
Last June, Travala had announced also the integration of The Open Network, allowing its users to use the crypto Toncoin (TON), to book trips.
According to Travala, Toncoin is a decentralized and open internet, created by the community with technology designed by Telegram.
Thanks to this partnership, Travala has created more use cases for the use of TON, with the joint mission of increasing its adoption.
